Each print is certified to be a page from the authentic "Dick and Jane" primer We Look and See or We Work and Play, published in either 1951 or 1956 by Scott, Foresman and Company and illustrated by Eleanor Campbell. The condition varies from excellent to good but, in all cases, the visible image is crisp and intact. Some prints are taken from Canadian editions which were printed on a less-porous, smoother, brighter stock than their U.S. versions. Each print is mounted with brackets attached to the beveled mat only. No adhesive touches the print. Then the mat and print are laid on an acid-free backing to help preserve the life of the paper. Crystal shrink-wrapped to protect it from handling, it could be hung as is with a gummed hanger, or it is ready for custom framing or a stock 11" by 14" frame.
